The venerable Islamic history bears with it clear imprints of many scholars, of whom Kurdish scholars constituted a large part. The study will clarify what these scholars were upon in terms of high determination and good luck. Among the most prominent of these Kurdish scholars is Taj Al-Arafin, Abu Al-Wafa Al-Kurdi (d. 501 AH), who is not known to many Muslims, let alone the Kurds of his nationality. The research came as a highlight of the scientific position and a statement of a historical era associated with Abu al-Wafa’ al-Kurdi and his role in Sufism. The study, Abu al-Wafa al-Kurdi and his position in Sufism, concludes by presenting what benefits the reader and adorns history with men whose nationalities varied and their goals were united.
